Happy Birthday Dropstitch will go down at Pigeonhole in the Bon Marche Arcade (80 Barrack Street in Perth) tonight Friday 16th July 2010, from 7pm – 11pm, featuring Emma’s favourite 20 photographs from the many hundreds on Dropstitch. Come along to check out who made the cut and vote for your favourite street style snap, plus just by walking through the door you’ll earn yourself a $10 gift voucher for online boutique Manikinn and go into the draw to win an awesome door prize featuring products from FashionWA, Pigeonhole and Manikinn; huzzah! The lovely folks from Fitzgeralds have printed all the snaps for me and Team Pigeonhole have volunteered their skills so I’m pretty sure it’s going to be a rather dandy night… Dress in your best because Em will have a photobooth set up – and can’t wait to snap you all!

We’ll be sharing stall number 565 with the fabulous girls from Vintage Vixens and Vamps (they put on the awesome vintage market at the Freo Town Hall – stay tuned for the next one in September) as well as the Freo gals from the boutique Seldom She Blushes. The Firefinch Project is a Perth-based not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing education to children living in extreme poverty. These guys are organising a fabulous Jumble Sale to be held at the Leederville Town Hall Saturday May 29th from 11am. Entry is $3 with all proceeds going to the kids. Get on down, listen to some tunes and support a good cause.
