Where can I find vintage in Perth? (apart from Winifred and Bance…)

Lots of people ask me where I get all of my fabulous vintage fanfare from or which are the best places to get the best bargain. The thing about vintage shopping is that its very much luck of draw as to what you find and where. I’m always on the hunt for stuff and I go ALL the time. The more places you go the more chance you’ll find that elusive piece of gold that fits like a glove. You will find it…you just have to keep looking.

Following are just a few of my favourite vintage haunts in Perth. Some are a bit pricey and some are dirt cheap. There are so SO many places to find a good vintage deal in Perth!

Vintage Boutiques

Bluebird Vintage: 288 Cambridge Street, Wembley

Broken Doll Vintage: 9 Atwell Arcade Cantonment Street, Fremantle

Fi and Co: 289 William Street, Northbridge

Gorgeous Vintage and Collectables: 879 Beaufort St Inglewood (used to be Mum’s)

LaLa Orange: 411 William Street, Northbridge

Lucy In Disguise: Shop 3, 144 Rokeby Road, Subiaco.

Memory Lane: 768 Beaufort St Mt Lawley (they hire and sell vintage, retro and costumes).

MoMo’s: 849 Beaufort St Inglewood.

Off the Wall: 6 Market Street, Fremantle (fab furniture as well as clothing, bits and bobs).

Old Values: in the arcade 144 Rokeby Road, Subiaco (right next to Lucy In Disguise). They stock retro homewares and furniture. Fabulous! Also located Cnr Onslow & Holland Street, Fremantle.

Pink Champagne: 205 James St Guildford.

Pongee Recycled Clothing: Shop 8 124 Cnr High & Queen St Fremantle.

Seldom She Blushes: Shop 5, Atwell Arcade (off High Street Mall) Fremantle.

Markets

Belmont Markets: held in the carpark of the Belmont forum every Sunday from early. Gold coin donation.

Distracted Little Market Day: head to www.distracted.com.au to learn more about their yearly crafty bastards market including an array of different vintage things, foods, crafts and nicnacks.

Fremantle Markets: Located in the main street of Fremantle, these markets boast everything from vintage clothing to vintage cheese, fruit & veg, craft, coffee, tshirts and more! Entry is free. Open Fri 9am-8pm, Sat 9am-6pm and Sun 9am-6pm. Public holidays 9am-6pm.

Karrinyup Markets: same as above but held at the Karrinyup shopping centre every Sunday. Great if it looks like its going to rain as its all undercover. Gold coin donation.

Melville Markets: held every Sunday on Canning Hwy in the carpark of Coles, Melville from early, early, early…the earlier you get there the better! Gold coin donation.

Oxford Street Markets: held in Oxford Street, Leederville another great free market with an array of fabulous things!

Perth Markets: open every Saturday and Sunday from 10am-5pm. Vintage clothing, fab food and coffee, art, craft and fashion. Entry free.

Retro Markets: held once a month at The Burlesque Lounge in Northbridge from 12 -5.  $3 entry.

We Heart Vintage Perth Market: held once a month starting the 24th April. Held in Mount Lawley at the Flying Scotsman from 11am-2pm. Entry $2
